MS ART CLUB

Meeting Day: Wednesday in Art Room
Description: Opportunity to learn new art techniques and discuss art topics. Students are encouraged to bring ideas of materials they would like to experiment with!

FISHING CLUB Advisor: Mr. Skinner
Meeting Day: Wednesday in Computer Lab
Description: This club will focus on proper fishing techniques, as well as, help to build a responsible outdoor ethic. Kids will fish when the weather allows, and while they are encouraged to bring their own equipment, it is not necessary.

SKATE ZONE CLUB
Advisor: Mr. Carty
Meeting Day: Wednesday in Room 200
Description: Watching videos of extreme sports, keeping up with the latest tricks and giving out information on local events

GATOR GIRLS CLUB
Advisor: Ms. Murphy
Meeting Day: Wednesdays in 401B
Description: This is a brand new club. It is open to ms girls who love to chat, read, play games, and just relax. We will talk about current issues middle school girls are facing, new and exciting books and magazines for which we can relate, and of course, enjoy some yummy snacks. If you have something on your mind and need to vent, come on over and talk. If you have an interesting book or article you want to share, come share it with us.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIOING CLUB

Meeting Day: Wednesdays in Fitness
Description: Students will work to achieve their personal fitness goals by participating in a weight training and cardiovascular workout.

GIRLS BASKETBALL CLUB
Advisor: Mrs. Kenefick
Meeting Day: Wednesday in MS Gym
Description: Girls will meet and practice basketball and play games.

MS FIELD HOCKEY CLUB
Advisor: Mrs. Fayer
Meeting Day: Wednesdays in HS gym/outside
Description: Girls will learn new skills and practice old skills. We will also scrimmage.

BOOK AND MOVIE CLUB
Advisor: Mrs. Lamina
Meeting Day: Wednesdays in 201
Description: Do you like to read? Do you like to watch movies? If so, this is the place for you! We’ll choose a book to read, discuss it and watch the movie. This is a great place to chat bout books and movies…and we’ll eat some popcorn too!
