ANNOUNCEMENTS

MEETINGS, NEWS AND EVENTS:

Attention all students: Permission slips for the RENAISSANCE TRIP TO WASHINGTON LAKE PARK are now past due. All permission slips must be turned in to Mrs. Evans in room 212 by the end of the day TODAY. If you have any questions or concerns see Mrs. Evans in 212 immediately. No one will be permitted to go on the trip if their permission slip is not turned in today.

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS: Information about the Academic Award Dinner on June 5th is in the mail.  A complete list of names has been posted in the window at the main office.  Please check this list and make sure your name is spelled correctly and advise guidance of any corrections ASAP.  If you did not receive this information or your name is not on the list, see guidance A.S.A.P.

The WEIGHT ROOM will be closed TODAY.

TALENT SHOW TIME: Come out TONIGHT to the Talent Show.  All proceeds benefit Bradlee's Buddies.  Come out for a night of fun. Tickets are $5 at the door.  Show starts at 7.

All Spring VARSITY AWARDS BANQUET ticket money is due to the athletic office by May 31.  See Mr. Raba with any questions.

The MR. GATEWAY DVD and T-SHIRTS are still on sale for $10 each!  See Mrs. Kleine or the main office for order forms.  All forms and money should be returned to Mrs. Kleine.  There are still calendars left at $7 each.

2012 yearbooks:  If you were thinking about buying one, now is the time!  And don't miss out on our special yearbook distribution party sponsored by Chick-Fil-A.  There will music, signing, friends, and of course don't miss out on the food!!!!   To order, go to jostens.com and place your order for high school.  Middle school students can get order forms from their homeroom teacher.   The high school book is $90 and the middle school book is $40.  Any questions, please see Mrs. Fayer in room 113.   Don't miss out on the memories!!!!! May 25th is the deadline.

SPORTS RESULTS:

GIRLS TRACK NEWS: Congratulations to freshman Brianna Rafferty for "shattering" her personal best records at yesterday's Haddonfield Invitational.  Brianna threw the javelin 91'4", and followed with another personal best in the shot-put with a throw of 26'4".  Other great performances were turned in by: Charlotte Santo who jumped a personal best 15'4 1/2" in the long jump.  Alisha Fox place 4th in the triple jump with a leap of 32' 0 1/2", while Shay Little ran a 27.69 in the 200 meters and qualified for the finals of the 100.  Other great performances were turned in by Jessica Saunders in the 1600 meters, Stevie Diedel in the Shot and disc, Emma Ledden in the 100 hurdles, and Keri Hauser in the shot and disc.  Way to go girls!!!  Come cheer on the team today as they take on Sterling and Paulsboro at home. 

GOLF NEWS:  The golf team put up an amazing performance yesterday Ken Wenner shot the match of his life with an unforgiving 48 Cormac Brett did ok with a 50 Evan Galyzynski and Alex Judson also dominated however they were lead by the lethal swagglete duo of team Captain Doug Geary and Richard Herrman this rounded up an incredible season for them

Congratulations to all the members of the BOYS TRACK TEAM for their performances at the Haddonfield Invitational yesterday. Cole Jarrell ran a personal best in the Freshman 400 and took a 2nd place medal with a time of 55.9 seconds.  Other personal best on the day were Will Cheety with a 4:50 mile, Matt Lindsey with a 40 foot 7 inch throw in the Shot Put, and Jake Ledden with a 10 foot jump in the Pole Vault.

3:45          JV and varsity baseball home against Glassboro

Girls varsity track & field tri meet home against Paulsboro and Sterling

Boys varsity track and field tri meet with Sterling at Paulsboro

JV and varsity softball at Glassboro

Middle school track and field at Haddon Township

MENU FOR TODAY:

Turkey Ruben with Cole Slaw, Chicken Tenders, Cheese Burgers, Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Made to Order and Grab and Go Salads and Wraps. 

Smoothies are out and Slushies are now $1.10 at the snack shack. Hot Dog Bar on Mondays; Flatbread Salads on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Flat Bread Salad choices are: Southwest, Mediterranean, Caesar and Ranch.  Soup and tuna salad will no longer be served for the remainder of this school year.
