Dear Gateway Community,

It is my privilege and honor to be entrusted with the role of Principal at Gateway Regional High School. I am looking forward to working with students, staff, parents and community members to take Gateway to new heights, and I know we have an exciting school year ahead. My main goal is to ensure that every student is provided the highest quality education possible in a safe and supportive learning environment. I am committed to working as a team with staff and parents to help each student achieve his or her very best and be college and career ready.

I am pleased to share with you some exciting improvements coming to Gateway. We will be redesigning our website with an updated layout and making it smartphone and tablet friendly. It will include the latest important information regarding academics, athletics, and special events. Throughout the year, we will send out newsletters with important information for the coming weeks.

We are also increasing our academic course offerings, including Honors and Advanced Placement courses, Gateway to Careers, and a revamped S.T.E.M. curriculum. In addition, we are offering some online classes to enhance the student experience. I wish each of you a very enjoyable summer and look forward to a great school year. We want you to join us in making Gateway the very best experience for your children.

You are invited to attend a Principal Meet and Greet Wednesday September 9th, from 6-7 PM. If you would like to contact me, my e-mail address is jpierro@gatewayhs.com. You can also reach me by phone 856-848-8200.

Thank you,
Jeffrey Pierro
